Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we offer international shipping to anywhere in the world. International orders are shipped with USPS, FedEx FIMS, and EMS. Depending on where you are located, orders generally takes about 6 - 10 days from the time of shipment. However, be alert that there may be delays at times due to circumstances. The shipping fee does not include import duties charged by the importing country. Any duties or other import charges need to be paid by the customer upon delivery. We also do not cover stolen or lost packages. Please refer to your given tracking for shipping reference.
Sales tax is applied to orders within California, US.
Security is one of the biggest considerations in everything we do. All card numbers are encrypted with AES-256 which exceeds the most stringent industry standards for security.
Keep Pursuing Inc. products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of original purchase. Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions. Damages by accident, negligence, or improper care are not covered under this warranty.
To return defective products contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization number (RMA). Upon obtaining return authorization number please send us pictures and proof of purchase. Once that is approve, we will have the replacement bag to you. All replacement bag will be given according to your orders only unless the item is out of stock, we can offer a different choice. If during a promotion/sale and wish to price match. We will gladly price match within 7 days of your purchase.
For orders that has provided incorrect address will need to pay another shipping fee for the resend.
